Questions and answers
Do you come to us in Belgium?
Yes. Antwerp is about fifty minutes by road from our base in Tilburg, so a meeting on site in Flanders is quickly arranged. Interim work happens mostly at your office, next to your team.
What does an AI consultant cost?
The first conversation is free. After that you get a proposal with a fixed scope, or an engagement in hours when we work with you as interim. You know in advance where you stand.
Do you work in Dutch with Flemish teams?
Yes. We work in Dutch and English, so a Flemish team talks to us in its own language, and documentation and training can be in Dutch.
Can AI help with Peppol e-invoicing in Belgium?
The Peppol obligation itself is handled by your accounting package or an access point. AI helps with the work around it: checking incoming invoices against orders, booking them and following up payments. Your accountant stays responsible for the tax side.
How soon will I see results?
For a well-defined process, think in weeks, not months. We agree the timeline before we start.
Do you also work outside Belgium?
Yes. Our home base is Tilburg, in the Netherlands, and we work for companies across the Benelux and the rest of Europe. When an engagement calls for us on site, we come, even if that means a flight.
