France is changing how companies invoice. Since 1 September 2026, every VAT-registered company in France must be able to receive electronic invoices, and large and mid-sized companies now issue them too. Smaller companies follow in September 2027. A good moment to automate the work around invoices.

Questions and answers
Do you work in French?
No. We work in English and Dutch. That works well for international teams and for French subsidiaries of Dutch and Benelux groups. If your team works only in French, we will say so honestly in the first conversation.
What does an AI consultant cost?
The first conversation is free. After that you get a proposal with a fixed scope, or an engagement in hours when we work with you as interim. You know in advance where you stand.
Do you come to us in France?
Yes, when the work calls for it. Most of the analysis and building happens remotely, and we come to you for the conversations and the roll-out that work best in person.
Can AI help with e-invoicing in France?
The e-invoicing obligation itself runs through your ERP and an approved e-invoicing platform. AI helps with the work around it: checking incoming invoices against orders, booking them and following up payments. Your tax adviser stays responsible for the tax side.
How soon will I see results?
For a well-defined process, think in weeks, not months. We agree the timeline before we start.
Do you also work outside France?
Yes. Our home base is Tilburg, in the Netherlands, and we work for companies across the Benelux and the rest of Europe. When an engagement calls for us on site, we come, even if that means a flight.
