Know where AI pays off, before you spend on it.

Most companies do not need more AI ideas. They need to know which one to start with.

We look at your processes, your data and your systems, and tell you where AI takes real work off your team's plate, what it takes to get there and what it is worth. Advice you can act on, not slides.

We are not tied to one tool. When an off-the-shelf assistant is enough, we say so. When a process needs something built, we can build it, but the advice stands on its own.

What you get

[]

Where AI pays off

The processes in your operation where AI saves the most time or prevents the most errors, ranked by value and by how ready they are.

[]

A plan in the right order

What to start with, what to fix first and what to leave for later, with the effort and the expected result for each step.

[]

Build or buy

For each process: whether an off-the-shelf tool is enough, what can be configured, and what needs to be built.

[]

The rules, applied to you

What the EU AI Act, the GDPR and the rules of your sector mean for the uses you are considering, in plain words.

[]

Data and systems

Whether your data and systems can carry it, and what to connect or clean up first.

How we work

[]

A first conversation

Free. You tell us what you are working on; we tell you honestly whether AI is worth looking at for it.

[]

Looking at the work

We talk to the people who run the processes and look at the data and systems involved, not only at the organisation chart.

[]

The choices

A short, concrete advice: which processes, in what order, build or buy, what it takes and what it is worth.

[]

What happens next

You decide. Carry it out yourself, with another partner, or with us.

When it fits

[]

You are at the start

AI is on the agenda, but nobody has worked out where it would make a real difference.

[]

You have too many ideas

Pilots, vendors and suggestions are piling up, and you need to choose.

[]

A decision needs a second opinion

Before you sign with a vendor or start a project, you want an independent look.

[]

The rules are unclear

You want to know what the AI Act means for how you use AI before you scale it.

Questions and answers

What does AI advice cover?

Where AI can take work off your team's plate, in what order to tackle it, whether to build or buy, what it takes in data and systems, and what the rules say. The result is a short, concrete advice you can act on.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. In the first conversation we listen to what you are working on and tell you honestly whether AI is worth looking at for it. There is no obligation.

Are you tied to a vendor or a tool?

No. We advise on what fits your case, including off-the-shelf tools when those are enough. When something needs to be built, we can build it on our own toolbox, Forge, but you are free to choose.

How long does an advisory assignment take?

It depends on the scope. For one department or a few processes, think in weeks, not months. We agree the scope and the result before we start.

Do you also help after the advice?

If you want. We can build what the advice recommends, or work inside your organisation as interim until it runs. You can also take the advice and carry it out yourself.
