About NRY

NRY began by solving hard operational problems in logistics, manufacturing and the public sector. That work taught us one lesson: decisions fail on integration, not on ambition.

Today, operators across Europe run their daily work on builds we made on Forge. Those builds carry decisions from the trading floor to the turbine deck.

NRY Forge for Energy

We work with energy operators of every size, from a single-field producer to a company spanning the whole value chain. They use Forge to bring wells, pipelines, plants and markets into one live model. Results come at once, and every dataset and model they connect makes the next one more valuable.

Our Partners

A non-operating North Sea partner
  • From early 2026, NRY worked with an independent holding non-operated interests on the Norwegian continental shelf. Forge is where the operators' reporting meets the partner's own view of each licence.
  • The work covered portfolio evaluation, capital planning and the reconciliation of operator data: the decisions a partner must make about assets it does not run.
  • Modelling the licences together instead of one at a time, Forge showed the partner its real exposure across the portfolio and what each development phase was worth to its interest.
A North Sea midstream operator
  • The operator runs a gas pipeline system and its onshore terminal, the route that brings North Sea gas ashore. Its throughput is set by what the fields upstream plan to produce.
  • On Forge, those nominations, maintenance windows and integrity records sit together. An outage is planned against the fields it would shut in, not against a calendar.
A single-plant bitumen refiner
  • The refiner makes bitumen at one plant in northern Italy: paving and industrial grades, oxidised, polymer-modified and hard grade, from crude slates that change batch to batch.
  • Forge puts the plant's process data beside the laboratory results. The team can see exactly which running conditions produced a grade that met specification, and which did not.
A PV manufacturer and installer
  • The group makes and installs photovoltaic systems, from panels and inverters to racking and storage. Its work runs from rooftops to utility arrays and off-grid community supply, across southern Europe, North Africa, southern Africa and south-east Asia.
  • With Forge, every installed system carries its own record: what was specified, what was actually fitted and how it is performing. A fault on a site no engineer can reach this week is read from the configuration, not guessed at.
A biofuel brokerage
  • The brokerage trades biodiesel, advanced biofuels, feedstocks and biofuel credits from the Netherlands, in a market where a batch's value depends on where its feedstock came from.
  • Forge sends the certification, feedstock origin and carbon intensity along with every batch. A buyer's compliance requirement is matched as precisely as its volume and its price.

The operator plans its maintenance on Forge, with shipper nominations and asset condition on the same screen. A shutdown window is booked only once the team knows what it costs the fields upstream.

Liquids & Gas

Companies spend a great deal of time and money on separate, hand-run programmes for drag-reducing agents, power costs and contracts, flow rates and production, and maintenance.

The gap between the operational and the financial side loses real money, and hides real opportunity. Closing it by hand, with the tools most operators have, is slow, field-by-field work.

A midstream operator brought all of its pipeline monitoring together, from processing plants to storage to land and sea shipping routes, to find a break before it causes disruption.

In biofuels the carbon number is the product. A batch is worth what its feedstock and certification say, so both travel with it from the seller to the buyer's compliance file.

The brokerage adopted Forge to build a shared carbon record for the biofuel trade: Concord. Buyers, sellers and certification bodies bring feedstock origin, sustainability certificates and carbon intensity into one place, structured the way the market already trades.

They then simulate and carry out production, transformation and transport routes with emission-specific measures, the same routes their assets run in the field.

Concord's first release carries carbon intensity across biodiesel and advanced biofuel chains, with feedstocks and credits alongside, so a batch's number arrives with the batch rather than being reconstructed later.

None of it asked anyone to migrate. Concord is what our Open Systems commitment looks like in production: every partner keeps its own storage, compute and models, and connects them to one shared, governed layer.

This is going to be one of the most consequential things we've ever built.
