A programme measured in test flights, not quarters

A small electric aircraft hovering over an airfield beside a ground station

The developer is building a two-seat electric hoverbike from its base in central Europe. It has no control surfaces: every axis of control comes from four tilting ducted fans, so control authority is something the team proves campaign by campaign. Each campaign produces telemetry across propulsion, thermal and energy systems, data that used to land in a different place for every rig, campaign and supplier.

With peak power in the hundreds of kilowatts against minutes of endurance, the margins are thin enough that every result has to teach the next test. That meant one model of the aircraft's behaviour the whole team could question, not a folder of exports reconciled afterwards.

One model of every flight

With NRY, the developer built one model over its whole test estate on Forge. Blackwave takes in the raw telemetry, the test cards and the rig configurations as they land, and engineers explore the connected picture instead of hunting for files.

Results across the test programme:

From subscale rig to flight permit

The same model now carries the programme beyond flight test. Supplier data for the ducted fans and the airframe build records are joining it, so the aircraft that reaches customers will keep learning from every flight the way its prototypes did.
