About Us

NRY puts AI to work inside everyday operations. Four platforms, Blackwave, Whitestorm, Snowcrest and Nightfall, run inside shops, manufacturers, grid operators and logistics networks every day.

Our method comes from the floor, not from a deck: we build inside the operation, next to the people who run it, and we stay until the build holds.

A Forge build connects the systems a retailer already runs, keeps one live model of the business, and puts the daily decisions, by people and by AI, back inside the flow of work.

NRY for Retail

Retail margins are decided in hours, not quarters. Demand shifts by neighbourhood, supply arrives late, and every shelf is a bet on what tomorrow's customer wants.

NRY gives a retailer one live model of the business, products, stores, suppliers and customers together, delivered on the Forge Platform, so pricing, replenishment and range decisions are made close to the shelf and carried out at once.

Grocers, department stores and convenience chains use a Forge build to keep the shelves full through a disruption, while cutting the waste and the working capital that quietly eat their margin.

Our Capabilities

One live model of the whole retail chain, built for the pace at which people actually buy.

01The Connected Retailer

Bring the whole company around one live model of the operation. Products, stores, suppliers and customers become one shared set of facts, so planning, trading and store teams stop working from different versions of the truth.

Connect your systems

Your ERP, tills, warehouse system and loyalty scheme feed one shared, governed data flow. Nothing is replaced, and a new source is added in days.

One shared description

Products, stores, suppliers and customers are defined once, so head office and the shop floor mean the same thing by the same word, kept in step with the systems of record.

Ask in plain words

Buyers and planners ask questions across the whole business in everyday language, get an answer, and push it straight back into the systems that act on it. Every decision leaves a record you can check.

Forecasts you can check

Demand, waste and price-sensitivity models run on live data, show the assumptions behind them, and are scored against what actually happened.

Build your own tools

Teams build working apps on the shared description, a replenishment screen, a range room, a supplier portal, with the same permissions as everything else on the platform.

NRY in Action

Partner
An independent grocer in southern Portugal
Problem space
One shop serves a rural stretch of the Algarve where demand moves with the season and the weather. Order too much fresh produce and it goes to waste. Order too little and a customer who drove half an hour finds an empty shelf.
Solution
Blackwave holds one model of the shop, its suppliers and the delivery round, reads the week ahead, season, weather and orders already promised, and turns it into one order list instead of a guess.
Impact
Fewer empty shelves, and less fresh produce thrown away at the end of the week.

Ready for tomorrow's consumer.
