In 2026, when I looked at what our industry delivered, I saw advice that aged in a drawer: strategies nobody could run, systems nobody wanted to use, and integrations that died the day the consultants left.
I saw brilliant teams trapped between rigid products that could not bend to the way they actually work, and custom builds that took years to arrive, and arrived already out of date.
I saw the need for a different kind of firm: one that ships working builds instead of presentations, and stays until they run the operation. That's why I founded NRY.

We build the operational layer of a business: one model of the operation, with the decisions and actions that run it, built so the people who own the work can shape it themselves.
To do that, we build on Forge, a toolbox of four platforms, and every client gets a build made for their case.
We work inside the operation, sometimes as part of it
We build, and we advise from the floor.
NRY works where the operation happens: the shop floor, the control room, the ward, the planning desk. When it helps, we take a seat for a period and run the process ourselves.

Insurers settle honest claims in a day. Retailers keep shelves full with less waste. Clinical researchers get a study to submission in weeks, not quarters. The work is different everywhere, and the pattern is the same: one model of the operation, and software with the authority to act on it.
We are working toward a future in which Europe's companies and public bodies run on AI they can see into, argue with and trust. There is much left to build.
