Questions and answers
Do you work in German?
No. We work in English and Dutch. That works well for international teams and for German subsidiaries of Dutch and Benelux groups. If your team works only in German, we will say so honestly in the first conversation.
What does an AI consultant cost?
The first conversation is free. After that you get a proposal with a fixed scope, or an engagement in hours when we work with you as interim. You know in advance where you stand.
Do you come to us in Germany?
Yes, when the work calls for it. Most of the analysis and building happens remotely, and we come to you for the conversations and the roll-out that work best in person.
Can AI help with e-invoicing in Germany?
The e-invoicing obligation itself is handled by your ERP or accounting software. AI helps with the work around it: checking incoming invoices against orders, booking them and following up payments. Your tax adviser stays responsible for the tax side.
How soon will I see results?
For a well-defined process, think in weeks, not months. We agree the timeline before we start.
Do you also work outside Germany?
Yes. Our home base is Tilburg, in the Netherlands, and we work for companies across the Benelux and the rest of Europe. When an engagement calls for us on site, we come, even if that means a flight.
