Know what the AI Act asks of you, and get it done.
The AI Act already applies to every company that uses AI. Most companies just do not know exactly what it means for them.
We map the AI in use across your organisation, including the tools your people picked themselves. For each application we tell you which rules of the EU AI Act apply, what you need to arrange now and what comes later.
Our AI Act advice is practical: a register, a policy, agreements and training that work in your organisation. We are not a law firm. Where you need legal certainty, we prepare the facts for your own lawyer.
What you get
An overview of your AI
Every AI system running in your organisation, from ChatGPT and Copilot to AI in your ERP or your customer service, with who uses it and for what.
What the AI Act asks, per application
For each application the risk class and the duties that come with it, in plain words. You know what applies now and what comes later.
AI literacy in place
Article 4 of the AI Act asks for measures so your people work with AI responsibly. We work out who needs to know what, and take care of the training.
A policy and a register
A short AI policy people actually read, and an AI register that records what runs, who owns it and which rules apply.
A check for new AI
A simple check before a new AI application goes live, so you stay on top of it as your organisation does more with AI.
How we work
A first conversation
Free. You tell us how AI is used in your organisation today, we tell you honestly what the AI Act means for it.
Take stock
We talk to the departments, look at the tools and the contracts, and put all the AI on one list.
Assess and arrange
For each application the rules, the risks and what needs to happen. Then we write the policy, fill in the register and plan the training.
Keep it up
Your organisation keeps it current, with an owner and a fixed check. If you want us to review it once a year, we agree that.
When it fits
Your team uses AI, but nobody keeps track
People work with ChatGPT or Copilot, and there is no overview, no policy and no training.
You do not know your risk class
You use AI for hiring, credit decisions or customer contact, for example, and want to know what the AI Act asks for it.
A client or auditor asks about it
A tender, an audit or a contract asks about your use of AI, and you want to give a good answer.
You want to do more with AI
Before you scale up, you want to know which rules apply and have the basics in place.
Questions and answers
Does the AI Act apply to us if we only use AI?
Yes. The AI Act distinguishes companies that build AI from companies that use it, and users have duties too, such as AI literacy. Which duties exactly depends on what you use AI for.
What is AI literacy?
Article 4 of the AI Act asks companies that use AI to take measures so their people can work with AI responsibly. It has applied since February 2025. There is no set exam or certificate: it is about training and agreements that fit the AI you use.
When do the rules for high-risk AI apply?
They were postponed in 2026 and, for most applications, start at the end of 2027. If you use AI for hiring or credit decisions, for example, it pays to know now what will be asked of you.
Are you lawyers?
No. Our AI Act advice is practical: an overview, a policy, a register, agreements and training. Where you need legal certainty, about a contract or a specific risk class for example, we prepare the facts for your own lawyer.
How long does it take?
For most companies that use AI, the basics are in place within a few weeks. We agree the scope after the first conversation.
