Your team knows how AI works, and where it goes wrong.

Most people already use AI. Few have been taught how to use it well.

Our AI workshops and training sessions are about the work your team actually does: e-mails, quotations, analyses, customer questions. We show what AI does well there, where it makes mistakes and how to check it.

We run every session in English or Dutch, at your office or online. It also covers an important part of the AI literacy the AI Act asks of companies.

What you get

[]

A workshop built for your team

Half a day or a full day, built around your team's own tasks and tools, not a generic syllabus.

[]

Working with AI safely

What you can and cannot put into an AI tool, how to handle customer data and when to check an answer.

[]

Training on your own tools

Whether you use ChatGPT, Copilot or an AI application inside your own systems: we train on what your team opens every day.

[]

AI literacy under the AI Act

Training that fits the AI you use, with a record of who learned what.

[]

A follow-up that sticks

Short agreements, examples and a named point of contact in your team, so it does not fade after the session.

How we work

[]

A first conversation

Free. You tell us who takes part and which tools your team uses, we propose a programme.

[]

Prepare

We look at your team's work and collect real examples, so the training is about your work.

[]

The session

Lots of doing, few slides. Everyone works on their own tasks and sees straight away what AI can and cannot do.

[]

Record and follow up

A short report of what was covered and who attended, with a proposal for the next step.

When it fits

[]

Your team uses AI on its own

Everyone tries something, nobody knows whether it is going well, and there are no agreements about data.

[]

You rolled out Copilot or ChatGPT

The licences are there, but use lags behind or stays with a few enthusiasts.

[]

You want AI literacy in place

The AI Act asks for measures so your people work with AI responsibly, and you want to do that well and practically.

[]

A new AI application is coming

Before a new application goes live, you want the people who use it to know how it works and when to step in.

Questions and answers

Who are the AI workshops for?

For teams that work with AI or are about to, from the shop floor to management. A session for the board looks different from one for customer service, and we tailor it.

Is AI training mandatory?

The AI Act asks companies that use AI to take measures for AI literacy. Training is often an important part of that, but no set exam or certificate is required.

Do you train on site?

Yes, at your office or online. We work from Tilburg and train across the Netherlands, in Belgium and beyond, in English or Dutch.

How many people can take part?

That depends on the format. A workshop works best in a small group where everyone gets hands-on. For larger groups we split up or choose a different set-up.

Do participants get a certificate?

The AI Act does not require one. You do get a record of what was covered and who attended, so you can show what you have done on AI literacy.
