Digital colleagues that do the repetitive work, within your rules.

A chatbot answers a question. An AI agent finishes the job.

An AI agent takes a task from start to finish: it reads the request, looks up what it needs in your systems, takes the steps and stops to ask a person when a decision matters. We build AI agents for the repetitive work that now runs through mailboxes, spreadsheets and copy and paste.

Have your AI agents built with us and each one works within limits you set: what it may do on its own, what needs approval, and a log of every step. They run on Whitestorm, the part of our Forge toolbox for agents that do the repetitive work, connected to the systems you already use.

What you get

[]

An agent with one clear job

Answering supplier questions, chasing missing documents, preparing quotations, updating orders: one job, described step by step, exceptions included.

[]

Access to the right systems

The agent reads and writes only where its job needs it, through official connections to your ERP, CRM, mailbox and files.

[]

Human approval where it counts

Payments, commitments to customers and anything that cannot be undone wait for a person. Everything else the agent handles itself.

[]

A log of every step

What the agent saw, decided and did, so you can check any case and see why it went the way it did.

[]

Measured before it acts

Tested on real past cases and used as a draft-maker first, so you know how well it works before it takes over.

How we work

[]

Pick the job

One task that comes back every day, the steps a person takes now, and where it goes wrong. The first conversation is free.

[]

Build the agent

The steps, the connections, the limits and the approvals, built and tested on your own past cases.

[]

Drafts first

The agent prepares the work and a person approves it, until the results are good enough to trust.

[]

More on its own

Step by step the agent handles more by itself, within the limits you agreed, and we keep adjusting it as your work changes.

When it fits

[]

The work has several steps

Read a request, look something up, update a system, send a reply: work that a simple automation rule cannot handle.

[]

It comes back every day

The same kind of task arrives in volume, and your people spend hours on it.

[]

The rules can be written down

You can explain when the answer is yes, when it is no and when someone has to decide.

[]

Mistakes must be caught

You want to see what happened and keep a person in charge of the decisions that matter.

Questions and answers

What is an AI agent?

Software that uses AI to carry out a task in several steps: it reads, looks things up, decides within its rules and acts in your systems. Unlike a chatbot, an AI agent does not wait for a question. It starts when the work arrives.

Is it safe to let an agent act on its own?

Only within limits you set. Anything that cannot be undone waits for a person, every step is logged and you can pause the agent at any moment. It earns more freedom only after it has proven itself on real cases.

How is this different from a custom AI build?

A custom build often runs one fixed process, such as order intake. An AI agent handles work that varies: it decides which steps a case needs. Many builds combine both, and we advise which fits your work.

Which systems can an agent work with?

Most business systems with an official connection, such as Exact Online, AFAS, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, your mailbox and shared files. Where there is no connection, we look for the safest alternative.

How quickly can an AI agent run?

For one well-defined job, think in weeks, not months: first as a draft-maker next to your team, then taking over more of the work step by step.
