We like the operations where the work is visible. Not out of bravado: it is where the difference between a running build and a presented one shows to everyone in the room.
An offshore fleet runs RigOS through the winter without a surprise shutdown. A legacy migration crossed to the cloud at 99.4 percent first-pass fidelity. None of these were pilots. They are the work.
Operations like these demand things most tools never have to prove. An audit trail, so a decision can explain itself when asked. Replay, so Blackwave can show exactly what it knew and when. Limits, so an agent in Whitestorm stays inside its mandate at three in the morning. Sovereign deployment, so Nightfall can run where the data is not allowed to leave.
They also demand a way of working. Our Fielders are on the ward and on the rig, not on a call. Releases go through Snowcrest, and there is no demo environment that differs from production. When something breaks we say so, with the log attached.
The rest of this year is already scheduled. Whitestorm 0.9 ships in September. Blackwave 2.0 ships in October. We will show both at NRY Forward, in the same way we report everything else: once they run.
